Dang, I miss the ramen I had in Japan. Magnificent stuff. The best bowl I ever sampled was at a cottage restaurant at the Ginzan onsen. The waitress had a collection of oversized phallic idols. I don’t think this affected the quality of the ramen, but it was a memorable meal either way.
